WINDOW REPAIR & GLASS REPLACEMENT

Do you have foggy windows? Over time, the thermal bands in Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) can wear away, causing condensation in windows, which indicates the need for replacement of the insulated glass.

Broken window glass? WetSeal can replace the glass and extend the life of your IGU without the need to replace the entire window.

Do you have Pella windows? Pella has recently discontinued one of their popular window models, which has left many people in distress and unable to repair their rotted wood sashes. WetSeal has the ability to replace the window sashes without replacing the entire window.

CAULKING

We can inspect your current caulking, replace, or install new caulking. We will also be able to advise you on which type of sealant to use and where you should be using the caulking in your home. Consider some of the benefits of proper sealing. When applied correctly, caulk can prevent water and bugs from entering your home, and also improve energy efficiency.

SHOWER DOORS

After installation, WetSeal will help you maintain your new shower. With frequent use, shower door seals and perimeter caulk wear down within a few years. We recommend recaulking shower enclosures every 5 years. Many people find it easier to use big box store products, which we would advise against. At WetSeal, we use industrial grade silicones and seals. If you are worried about hard water staining on glass, we can provide you with proper guidance and sealants to protect your investment.

If you have pre-purchased a shower door kit from Home Depot, Lowe's, or another supplier, we can install it for you.
